Ticket Terms
Effective date: August 10, 2026
These Ticket Terms apply to passes, tickets, registrations, credentials, upgrades, and related event access sold or issued by Miami AI Week LLC, operating as Miami AI Week™. By completing a purchase, accepting a transferred credential, or using an event pass, the purchaser and attendee agree to these Ticket Terms, the Terms of Use, the Refund Policy, and any additional conditions shown at checkout.
1. Prices, taxes, and payment
Unless otherwise stated, published pass prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, service charges, payment-processing charges, or optional add-ons may be shown separately at checkout. A registration is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and an official confirmation is issued.
2. Pass categories and access
Each pass provides only the benefits, days, venues, sessions, lounges, digital access, or other entitlements stated for that pass. Capacity-controlled sessions, workshops, roundtables, receptions, or partner events may require separate registration and may reach capacity even when a general event pass remains valid.
3. Attendee information and credentials
Attendee information must be accurate and may be used for identity, credential, security, or eligibility verification. Miami AI Week may require a valid credential and, where appropriate, identification for entry. Credentials may not be duplicated, altered, counterfeited, or used by more than one person at the same time.
4. Transfers and resale
Transfer or name-change eligibility may vary by pass type and by the time remaining before the event. Where transfers are enabled, they must be completed through the official process. Unauthorized resale, credential duplication, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of tickets obtained through fraud may result in cancellation without admission. Miami AI Week does not guarantee tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
5. Program, speaker, venue, and format changes
Speakers, sessions, schedules, stages, venues, event partners, and formats are subject to change. A change to an individual speaker, session, agenda item, room, or venue within the Miami area does not by itself entitle a purchaser to a refund unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling
If Miami AI Week cancels the principal paid event and does not reschedule it, eligible purchasers will be offered the remedy stated in the Refund Policy and any notice issued for the affected order. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, existing passes may be transferred to the new dates unless Miami AI Week announces another remedy. Travel, lodging, transportation, visa, and other third-party expenses are the attendee’s responsibility and are not included in event-ticket refunds unless required by law.
7. Entry, conduct, and safety
Admission is subject to venue rules, security procedures, capacity limits, and event policies. Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Miami AI Week may refuse or revoke access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, material disruption, harassment, unlawful conduct, or serious violation of event or venue rules, subject to applicable law.
8. Photography, video, and media
Event areas may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded. By entering areas where recording is clearly taking place, attendees acknowledge that incidental appearance in event documentation may occur. Any consent required by applicable law will be handled accordingly. Media accreditation does not grant unrestricted recording rights.
9. Accessibility and accommodations
Miami AI Week aims to support reasonable event access and accommodations. Attendees who need assistance should contact us in advance where practical so the event team can coordinate with the applicable venue or service provider.
10. Force majeure
Miami AI Week may modify, postpone, relocate, reduce, or cancel event elements where circumstances outside reasonable control materially affect safe or practical operation, including severe weather, government orders, transportation disruption, venue unavailability, public-health emergencies, labor disruption, infrastructure failure, or similar events. Refund or transfer rights in those circumstances will be handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
