Ticket-specific rights are governed by the Ticket Terms and Refund Policy in effect for the applicable purchase.

The Miami AI Week™ name, branding, site design, graphics, copy, program materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to Miami AI Week unless otherwise stated. 4. Submissions and communications
If you submit a speaker application, event proposal, partnership inquiry, media request, contact form, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not unlawfully infringe another party’s rights. Submission does not guarantee selection, publication, partnership, participation, or a response. We may contact you regarding the purpose for which you submitted the information.
5. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, ticketing systems, maps, social platforms, analytics providers, and external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Miami AI Week is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
